Miss Julie's School of Beauty is a groundbreaking cosmetology school designed to empower survivors of human trafficking and at-risk individuals. Our unique program combines therapeutic support with professional cosmetology training, providing a safe and restorative environment for healing and growth.

How to Enroll:

Referrals: We accept referrals from agencies in the Rochester area, including restorative programs, safe houses, and transitional agencies working with survivors of human trafficking and at-risk individuals.
Enrollment Assessment: Potential students will undergo an enrollment assessment with our social worker to determine eligibility and suitability for the program.
Recovery Requirement: Applicants must have completed at least 12 months of recovery before beginning their studies.
